Features of Drawer Type Slid Rack
Drawer Type Slid Rack is also known as Mould Rack which is design to store all kinds of mould items. According to the requirements of loading capacity, the Drawer Type Mould Rack can be classified into Light Load Mould Rack and Heavy Load Mould Rack. The top of the rack is normally equipped with mobile hoist to facilitate the lifting of the mould.
Drawer Type Slid Rack has the following features:
1.Combination assembly, mainly assembled by the upright frame, guide groove, drawer layer, pull rod, positioning pin, etc., with bolt connection and stable structure, the racks are very safe and they are generally used in rows.
2. Drawer shelf basically is comprised by sliding rail and drawer tray. The drawer tray is composed of a frame and a steel plate welded by a rectangular tube and a bending piece. Each slide rail is fixed by two bearings, which can be rolled freely in the guide slot with low resistance and can be easily pulled out of the drawer
3. The positioning pin and limit pin are designed to ensure the safety of drawer tray when pull out.
4. The load capacity of Light Duty Mould Rack is 200～800kg/layer and 800～1500kg/layer for Heavy Duty Mould Rack.
5. Drawer Type Slid Rack covers less space and with heavy bearing capacity, also are detailed in classification and simple for operation
