The Operating Principle of Radio Shuttle System
The radio shuttle system, also known as pallet shuttle system, is a kind of safe and high efficiency modern racking system.
How does the radio shuttle system work?
The operating principle of the radio shuttle system is that the goods are placed in the front of the lane's guide rail of the radio shuttle rack by the forklift. The shuttle cart , operated by radio remote control, can carry the pallet cargo on the rails easily. The shuttle cart can also move the pallet cargo(which is deep in the shelf) to the front of the shelf, so that the forklift can collect the cargo easily. The shuttle carts can be placed in different lanes through forklifts. Multiple lanes can share a shuttle cart together. The number of shuttle cars depends on the depth of the lane, the total amount of goods and the frequency of delivery.

1.Each pallet bearing load capacity of 500~1500kg.
2.Use lithium manganese battery with longer working time(8 hours of continuous work)
3. The shuttle cart can run at a speed of 0.7 to 0.9m/ s without load, and between 0.6 and 0.8m/ s at full load. The infinite sensor range is 50m.
